Ronny Dwairy – President & Chief Executive Officer

After joining Bestway Oilfield Equipment International in 2002, Ronny has expanded the corporation into multiple facets of the industry, creating Bestway Oil and Gas, Inc. and Bestway Oilfield Rental, Inc. in 2006. Following the leadership of his father, Gus Dwairy, Ronny founded Bestway Services, Inc. in June of 2007 to provide services and enhance customer satisfaction.

In 2009 Ronny opened an additional Bestway location in Conway, Arkansas to provide on-site services and rentals for the Fayetteville shale region. Ronny purchased the assets of the Bestway Corporations creating Bestway Oilfield, Inc. in October of 2010.

Jennifer Mays – Administration Manager

Jennifer Mays is the Administrative Manager at Bestway Oilfield, Inc. She has been a valued employee of Bestway since May of 2008, responsible for such tasks as accounts payable, accounts receivable, information technology, invoicing, online marketing, payroll, purchasing, and records management. Jennifer has 19 years of industry experience and an A.A.S. Degree in Business Administration from San Jacinto College.

Derek Broussard – Sales Manager

Derek Broussard is the Sales Manger at Bestway Oilfield, Inc. As an integral part of the company, Derek provides customers with the quality and service they expect. In addition to sales, Derek conducts marketing and purchasing duties. Derek attended Ball State University, where he studied Business while playing football.

Rusty Stingley – Branch Manager

Rusty Stingley is the Branch Manager for Bestway Services, Inc. at the Conway, Arkansas Facility.  Rusty oversees daily operations to ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, and a safe working environment.  Rusty has 2 years of Oilfield experience in field service and pressure testing.  Rusty has 14 years of sales and management experience in the farm and construction equipment Industry.  Rusty is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a B.S. degree in Agriculture Business.
